Refund and Exchange Policy
- Return or Exchange is available (items must be in the same condition)
- The process takes 7 working days. Refunds are issued via Vodafone Cash or bank transfer only. InstaPay and cash refunds are not available
When the courier is waiting:
You must either accept the entire order or return it all. If the size or item doesn’t fit, you can later request an exchange or refund within the allowed period.
