- Unfortunately, no. You must either accept the entire order or return it all.

What if I want to compare two sizes while the courier is waiting?
- Unfortunately, we cannot send two sizes for comparison while the courier is waiting. If the size isn’t right, you can either exchange the item or return the one that doesn’t fit.

How long does delivery take?
We offer two delivery options to suit your needs:
-Same-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM.
- Standard delivery takes 2–5 working days.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer refunds for in-stock items within 7 days. However, refunds are not available for items shipped from abroad.

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes, exchanges are accepted within 7 days for in-stock items on the website.

Yes, we accept custom orders from selected brands. These orders are pre-paid and take up to 20 working days to process. Please note that custom orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
